Meet the Team

Steve Peach – Head Ranger at QE Country Park and co-founder, trustee and director of the QE Parks Project. Leader of this visit to Uganda.

Liz Bourne – Writer, editor, proofreader and Project Committee member with responsibility for publicity and media. Creating a photographic and video record of this visit.

Jan Allnutt – Project trustee and chair of the Project Committee. Assisting with a range of Project initiatives and the Rangers’ Wives Support Project.

Karen Peach- Clanfield Junior School Cook and Project Committee member. Representative of Clanfield Junior School on the visit to Bukorwe and Lead for the Rangers’ Wives Support Project.

Joe Williams- QE Country Park Ranger and Project Committee member. Assisting with a range of Project initiatives including the Conservation Cup (Schools’ Tag Rugby Tournament).

Amy Peach – University Student (Geology) and Leader of the Uganda Geo-Mission Project. Assisting with a range of Project initiatives including school and youth group visits.

Meg Schofield – University Student (Anthropology) studying the lives of rangers in Uganda. This study will inform future Project initiatives.

Calum Rae – Project Volunteer. Assisting with a range of Project initiatives including school links.

Adam Stanley – Deputy Headteacher at Liss Junior School and Project’s School Lead at Kafuro Primary School. Also leading the Conservation Cup (Schools’ Tag Rugby Tournament).

Heather Green – Senior Lecturer at Chichester University and Project’s School and University Link. Assisting at Kafuro School and at the Conservation Cup.

Rebecca Buckle – Assistant Headteacher at Clanfield Junior School and Project’s School Lead at Bukorwe Primary School. Also leading the Re-Usable Sanitary Towel Initiative  (supporting girls’ education).
